Are you a young man who feels called to serve Christ and His church in a significant way with the rest of your life? Our 1 year Church Leadership Prep program is designed to help you grow in faith, character, leadership, responsibility and love for the local church, as well as preparing you for marriage, family and career. We envision those who go through the program will eventually become elders, deacons, Sunday School teachers, team leaders, great volunteers, etc. For some, this may also become preparation for the Timothy Pastoral Apprenticeship.

What does it entail?

• 1 year of intensive mentoring (meeting each week with a pastor for accountability, reading/discussing the Bible and other books, receiving ministry assignments, etc).
• At least 10 hours of active participation in the church each week.
• Extremely affordable dormitory housing in Baltic, SD ($200/month, free utilities).
